Welcome to ApplyEase! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") that facilitates job applications. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization and its affiliates to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use the App to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ApplyEase or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyEase will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApplyEase, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
